new client?
New patients have the option of booking a consultation prior to treatment, or a consultation and treatment same day. We take a $100 booking deposit at time of booking, credited towards treatment or product at Revive. Please call the office directly to schedule your appointment with Nurse Montana at (236) 420-3277. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations or ‘no shows’ under 24 hrs are subject to a $100 fee.
