New patients have the option of booking a consultation prior to treatment, or a consultation and treatment same day. We take a $100 booking deposit at time of booking, credited towards treatment or product at Revive. Please call or text the office directly to schedule your appointment at (236) 420-3277. Kindly note, we require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Missed appointments or changes made with less than 48 business hours’ notice are subject to a $100 fee.
