new client?
New patients have the option of booking a consultation prior to treatment, or a consultation and treatment same day. We take a $100 booking deposit at time of booking, credited towards treatment or product at Revive. Please call or text the office directly to schedule your appointment with Nurse Montana at (236) 420-3277. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations or ‘no shows’ under 24 hrs are subject to a $100 fee.
